Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@gardenianurseries.com or call us with your order number. A full refund will be processed within 4 business days.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, initiate a return upon delivery as per our Return Policy below.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 2 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The plant arrived damaged, dead, or significantly different from the description
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product is defective (pot cracked, soil bag torn, etc.)
Non-Returnable Items:
- Plants that have been repotted, pruned, or modified after delivery
- Minor natural variations in leaf shape, colour, or size (these are characteristics of living plants)
- Items damaged due to incorrect care after delivery
- Sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase
How to Raise a Return Request
- Email support@gardenianurseries.com or fill the form on our Contact Us page within 2 days of delivery.
- Include your Order ID, a clear description of the issue, and 2–3 photos clearly showing the problem.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with an approval or a request for more information.
- If approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup from your address within 1–2 business days.
- Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 4 business days.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 4 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item (or upon cancellation approval for pre-dispatch cancellations).
Refund Methods:
- Online Payments (Razorpay): Refund credited back to the original payment method — UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking — within 4 business days after processing. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 days to reflect the amount.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be processed as a bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to a bank account you provide. Please share your account details when raising the return request.
Partial Refunds: In cases where only part of an order is returned, the refund will be for the returned items only. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Replacements
In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer to replace the damaged or incorrect item. Replacements are subject to stock availability and will be dispatched within our standard delivery timelines of 2 business days.
You may choose between a replacement and a refund when raising your return request.
Disputes & Escalations
If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate your concern to our Grievance Officer at grievance@gardenianurseries.com. We will respond to all escalations within 7 business days.
Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
