- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes. Living plants are natural products and may vary in shape, size, and colour from images shown.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion.
- In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
- Stock availability is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.
Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these terms. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment (for online orders) or successful order placement (for COD orders).
- We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking (via Razorpay), and Cash on Delivery.
- All online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store payment card data.
- For COD orders, payment is due at the time of delivery. Refusal to pay upon delivery may result in account restrictions.
- Order confirmation emails are sent to your registered email address after successful placement.
Delivery
We deliver across India. Standard delivery is within 2 business days within GHMC Hyderabad. Delivery to other cities may take 3–5 business days depending on location and courier partner availability.
- Delivery charges apply for orders below ₹1,499. Orders above ₹1,499 qualify for free delivery.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner may attempt redelivery or contact you for rescheduling.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Refunds are processed within 4 business days of return approval.

User Obligations

- Damage caused by natural events (floods, heat waves, etc.) during transit

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
