Shipping Charges
- Free Delivery on all orders above ₹1,499.
- ₹99 Delivery Charge on orders below ₹1,499.
- Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
Packaging
We take extra care in packaging living plants to ensure they survive transit:
- Plants are secured in custom-fitted boxes with padding to prevent movement
- Pots are individually wrapped to prevent breakage
- Soil is sealed to prevent spillage during transit
- Our packaging is designed to be as eco-friendly as possible, using recycled and biodegradable materials wherever feasible
Care instructions are included with every order to help your plant settle into its new home.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across India to all serviceable pincodes. You can check delivery availability for your pincode on the cart and checkout page before placing your order.
We do not currently ship internationally.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- An SMS/email with a tracking number and courier partner details
- A link to track your order in real time
You can also view your order status anytime by logging into your account at My Account → My Orders.
Failed Delivery & Re-delivery
- If delivery is unsuccessful because you were unavailable, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery or contact you to reschedule.
- If delivery fails after 2 attempts without a response from you, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
- Please ensure the delivery address and mobile number you provide are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order.
Damaged in Transit
Despite our best packaging efforts, damage can occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damage immediately upon opening the package
- Contact us within 2 days of delivery at support@gardenianurseries.com
- We will arrange a replacement or process a refund within 4 business days of approval
